1. If I save my payment information in your system will it be safe?

Yes. Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. All personal information collected on this site is confidential. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success. All payment information is encrypted while in storage within a network that is firewalled off from the rest of the company and the internet.

2. Is it possible to save items in my bag?

You are able to save items in your shopping bag once you have logged on to the site. However, we do not recommend holding items in your bag, once an item sells out the item will automatically be removed from your bag.

3. I'm not sure what size I wear, can you help me?

If you are not sure what size you wear, please contact us via e-mail for discussion of measurements. 

4. What are the online payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Discover, American Express, Visa and MasterCard). Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped and we will send you an email confirmation of your order. Online payment with credit card is the most frequent and safe payment method. It is fast and efficient.

5. If I am looking for some particular item and can’t find anywhere, can you help me with this problem?

Yes! We can help you to find any item for any occasion to complete your look from head to toe. All you need to do is just send us an e-mail with description of the item you are looking for including Brand, Stile, Color and Size.

6. If I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you forgot your password, please click on "Forgot your password?' under "Log in" button. We will send you a new password to your account. Later you can easily change in to a new one.

7. How accurate is the color display on the Internet?

We attempt to display the products featured on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of merchandise color, texture or detail will be accurate.

8. If I ordered an item with a wrong size or color, can I exchange it?

Yes, you can exchange it by sending back your purchased item in the same condition with all tags attached. It must be unworn and unwashed, or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.

9. If ordered item is unavailable and I processed the payment?

Occasionally certain items may be unavailable and sold out. We will notify you via your email confirmation if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. We will not charge your credit card until your items is in stock. We will notify you if item back in store and your order will be processed right away.

10. If I need my item as soon as possible, can you expedite delivery of my order?

Yes, for an extra payment we can expedite your delivery via DHL shipping.

13. Do you charge sales taxes?

No, we do not charge sales taxes.

14. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only from the U.S. We do not accept returns from outside the United States.

15. Can you re-sell my vintage items?
